Explainer Videos
An explainer video is a short, engaging video that explains a product, service, concept or idea in a clear and concise way. At Lyster Unlimited, we can quickly produce custom-made videos at cost to convey important messaging such as shared learning from patient safety events. This innovative method for sharing learning ensures better retention of learning amongst all staff and stakeholder audiences.
Quality Account Design Service
A Quality Account is a report about the quality of services offered by an NHS healthcare provider. The reports are published annually by each provider, including independent sector providers, and are available to the public. The Quality Account Design Service is prepared according to organisational and national reporting requirements (where applicable) as well as your branding guidelines. The Design Service can be flexed dependent on your organisation’s needs, whether that be full content creation and data collation or only the finally designed product.
Risk Management
Risk management is paramount to ensure the safety and well-being of patients, as well as the integrity of healthcare organisations. By identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks, organisations can proactively address challenges, enhance patient safety, and safeguard against financial, legal, and reputational consequences. Lyster Unlimited offers a bespoke solution for embedding effective and proactive risk management programmes so that organisations, from board to ward level, can stay on top of their risks.
PSIRF Gap Analysis
With the introduction of the new Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF), there has never been a more crucial time to refocus our approach to managing safety events. This allows for more succinct reviews, quicker learning outcomes so that solutions can be implemented immediately. Wherever you are on your PSIRF journey, Lyster Unlimited can provide your organisation with the support you need to meet your objectives in relation to your Patient Safety Incident Response Plan (PSIRP).
Complaints Handling
The customer is always right’ is a phrase often cited in reference to customer service in all industries. We know that sometimes patients’ care or the service they receive does not meet their expectation and they will have reason to complain. Complaints are a rich source of feedback which can inform learning for future service and care improvements. Lyster Unlimited can assist you in unlocking the potential to utilising complaints for continuous improvement and enhanced patient experience.
CQC PIR Support
As part of the Care Quality Commission's inspection process, the CQC will request documentation from the provider it is inspecting to determine if services are Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led. The PIR (Pre/Post-Inspection Review) document request and gathering process can at times be overwhelming, especially where this a tight turnaround. Lyster Unlimited can support you in gathering the right documentation to demonstrate compliance and help you achieve the highest rating.
